SkinRenew Appointment Policy

We appreciate your selection of our clinic to serve your Aesthetic needs. Our goal is to provide the very best possible Aesthetics care for our clients so that each of you may achieve optimal skin health and beauty throughout your lifetime. Our entire staff here at SkinRenew; with the help of staff from our Family Health Care operates as a team to make sure everyone that comes in receives great Aesthetic treatments!! Please review the following information regarding scheduling!!

Appointments:

When we reserve time for our clients we want you to feel cared for. That’s why we take such care in finding a time that will work for both of us. We know people are busy these days and sometimes need to make a change in their scheduled appointment. We can always find an appointment time for our busy clients if they give us plenty of notice.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate last minute appointments. We place immense value in your time and hope you will honor us with the same in turn. SkinRenew is always busy so prior appointments are highly recommended; when time permits, walk-ins or last minute appointments are welcome. Please call and ask if we had any cancellations and we will do our best to get you an appointment; if possible.

Due to the medical nature of many of our treatments, appointments can sometimes exceed their scheduled time. Please be patient and know that you will also receive the same exceptional service and personal attention from Dr Kwon.

24-Hour Cancellation:

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. We will make courtesy calls 24-48 hours reminding you of your appointment; however these are only courtesy calls and ask that you assume responsibility for remembering your appointment date and time. If you simply do not show up to your appointment, you will be subject to a no-show fee of $20 if a cancellation call is not received and documented by SkinRenew staff.

Late Arrivals:

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times.

Product Return Policies:

We are guaranteeing you high quality professional pharmaceutical skincare products. Any defective products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for an exchange. Cash, charge or check refunds will require 10 days!!

Payments:

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Check or cash payments.

Private Policy:

At SkinRenew Laser Medical Center, we take your choice to use our clinic and services very seriously and appreciate your trust in our clinic. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the security of your personal information.

Odds and Ends:

We wouldn’t be the trendsetters that we are if we weren’t constantly expanding our services. Although we make every effort to keep our service menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
